The Last of Miss Irreplaceable "Lituation"!

I’m sure most of you have seen The Last of Miss Irreplaceable beauty pageant making its appearance through posters on street corners and on social media pages and if so, you should already know by now that this is definitely an event NOT to be missed. Well, unless you want to live with the FOMO for the rest of your life.

Apart from these beautiful starlets taking one last saunter on stage for all their fallen stars - particularly Shaamdre “Trompie” Hartlief , the founder of the beauty pageant - there will also be performances by upcoming, local acts including one from Thunderball’s very own Open Thunder. Team Classic, NCB, Chenzo_5Star and K Slash are just examples of the acts that will be performing on the night.

Team Classic is an upcoming group of rappers who hail from the suburb of Westenburg. The group consists of three male members and one female member, and they are known around the community for performing at school functions and various events such as fun days and other beauty pageants.

Another rap group performing on the night is NCB – Naughty Cheese Boys – and they are probably the group with the most members performing on the night. They are known for their incorporation of “Kasi-Afrikaans” into their jams, spicing up their work. Their claim to fame was through their various YouTube videos that have been circulating and their appearances at events in and around Westenburg.

Polokwane’s very own Chenzo_5Star will also be dropping bars on stage this Saturday evening. Chenzo_5Star has been lighting up our stages since the days of JR’s Show Dem with one of his iconic moments being his performance at the soccer Fan Park during the 2010 World Cup. His career defining moment was when he started producing for SA hip-hop star, Zeus, and has been shining ever since.

Lastly, K Slash, rapper and hip- hop dancer will be closing off the show . This triple threat has made quite a scene by opening for the likes of AKA and A-Reece at the Kasi Explosion in addition to remaining victorious in various hip-hop dance competitions. K Slash’s song Rabatsena has been trending throughout Polokwane and has even featured on SlikourOnLife, putting PLK on the map.

As you can see, if you really aren’t the type to take an interest in pageantry and all that jazz, you should really think twice about missing out on this event because it is going to be a “lituation”! These talented young artists will most definitely be bringing the roof down Saturday night!

Hope to see you all there. 😊
